Our club is based in Pretoria, South Africa. Our meeting venue is in Menlyn, situated in the commercial heartland of the capital city.

The difference to a Toastmaster’s success is Practice. Instead of passively listening to lectures,  people can  truly improve their public speaking skills by  speaking in front of others regularly.

Our club provides a supportive atmosphere for members to speak before the club. By taking advantage of our speaking opportunities, you’ll find that those shy and awkward feelings  with public speaking will begin to diminish quickly.

You’re welcome to become a guest at our  meetings to see how we help members improve their skills. Our meetings are held at 18:30 for 19:00 every 2^nd and 4^th Wednesday  of every month at the Lions Club, Umgazi road, Menlo Park.

Upon signing up, you receive a training manual and will be assigned to a mentor. Your first speech is a four-minute “ice-breaker” that tells others about yourself.

Our membership fees comprise of an once-off joining fee of R 160 and semi-annual fees of R 480. The semi-annual fees are due by every member twice a year by the end of March and September.
